Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for lawful inventory and collaboration purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You retain ownership of inventory records, messages, images, and other content you submit. You grant TLIU Studios the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide the service.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, or violate another person’s rights.

Workspace owners control membership and workspace data. Account and owner-requested workspace deletions have a 30-day cancellation period before permanent processing.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security and reliability. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. Contact Office@TLIU.co with questions.
